Families: A collaborative space to improve understanding, strengthen bonds, and navigate challenges together.
Types of Therapy
My work draws on an integrative, trauma-informed approach that centres on empathy, meaning, and connection to nature and self.
Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Healing in partnership with horses.
Horses offer powerful, non-verbal feedback and emotional attunement. This therapy is ideal for individuals or groups seeking experiential healing through presence, trust-building, and somatic awareness. No prior horse experience needed.
Eco-Psychology / Nature-Based Therapy
Reconnecting with the natural world as part of the healing process.
Sessions may take place outdoors or draw on metaphors and imagery from nature to support grounding, clarity, and well-being. Nature becomes both a co-therapist and a source of resilience.
Trauma-Informed Work
A gentle and safe approach to working with difficult life experiences.
I hold space for stories of pain and survival with compassion and care. Trauma-informed therapy supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and post-traumatic growth at a pace that feels safe for you.
Logotherapy
Finding meaning through life’s challenges.
Logotherapy is a meaning-centred approach developed by Viktor Frankl. It focuses on helping clients discover purpose, even in the face of suffering.
Existential Positive Psychology
Life worth living – not just surviving.
This approach integrates existential thought with positive psychology principles to help clients embrace personal responsibility, cultivate gratitude, and build resilience through meaning, values, and choice.
