I am a counselling psychologist and psycho-social program consultant
with over 20 years of experience working with children and adults alike.
I combine my experience with traditional and innovative counselling methods
such as Dialectical Behavioural and Narrative Therapy that incorporate animals and nature.
Therapy is not something to be embarrassed about, it is not about overcoming life struggles that cause pain but rather about transforming how you show up in the world so that you can move forward in life despite one’s struggles.
People want to live a life without pain and distress, this is not possible.
However, one can feel alive and engage with life despite its difficulties and therapy is about this; about finding one’s unique way of being comfortable amidst the discomfort of the world;
one can flourish despite suffering.
